NOT THAT FAST.
IT WAS AN AWESOME SUNDAY TO START OFF THE JUNE HOLIDAYS!
Haha, yeah it was awesome yesterday~ So, what on earth happened yesterday that was so awesome? ARMY OPEN HOUSE. THAT'S IT.
Woke up, brush my teeth, bathed, combed my hair, ate breakfast. Yeah, typical huh? It wasn't all that typical when my dad announced that we go to the ARMY OPEN HOUSE!! TADAAA~
So, my CCA was NCCG, unique huh? Therefore, with the idea of going to the Army Open House with my cousin, whom also joined NCC as a CCA. COOL HUH. What's with my 'huh's.
So, it was at Marina, and it was totally fun~ except for some really boring stations where they showcased tanks, trucks and stuffs. but it was pretty cool. Moreover, yesterday's weather wasn't that baad either, in fact it was pretty windy. great day for such an event :D
we went around collecting stickers, badges and more badges. but it seems like i missed out alot ): should have collected more. :\ sigh.
My cousin and i goofed around like nobody's business though we have limited time and we got scolded almost everywhere by my parents. for walking too fast, for only bothering to talk and not observe the 'specimens', for being too rowdy and we weren't? but we still carried on with what we did, despite the numorous scoldings we got, ha, who cares.
Den, we tried out all these really cool guns. i only remembered SAR 21 because i used them while in Train Fire. And somehow knowing how to operate them while others just look in surprise and skeptic. WHY YOU JELLY? #LikeABoss. LOLOL.
also, we watched the Army 45th Year thingy. The were so many cool settings they put on show. There was this place where they got to use some tool to scrap grass out of the ground and use it as a place to sleep. Looks like some floor where the dead sleep in. And we laughed it off. xD
At the end of the whole thing, we went to eat at the canteen. They sold all sorts of things there. BUT THEIR FOOD SUCKS. Omg. The chicken rice i bought had chicken with so much bone when i requested for a boneless one. Its rice isn't cooked. Urgh, and it costed me $4. I CAN JUST GO TO A HAWKER CENTRE AND EAT YOU KNOW. Okay, cut the crap. But as a whole, the event wasn't all that bad. it was an eye-opener for me though.i didnt know there were that many weapons the NS Men got. And the progress since 45 years back was that fast and huge. THANKS TO ALL THE NS MEN, AND THAT'S WHY WE HAVE CAME TILL TODAY. THANKS TO ME. HAHA I WAS KIDDING XD. Im glad i even joined NCCG.
